Weather and Cancellation Policy

  • All tours in Andaman are subject to weather conditions. Tours may be cancelled at any time due to bad weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen reasons.
  • Many tourist spots in Port Blair are closed on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • A 60% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 40% must be paid on the first day of your hotel check-in. Services will be halted immediately if payment is not completed.
  • An additional 5% GST will be applied to the total package cost, as per the Government of India regulations.
  • We are not responsible for cancellations of speed boats, ferries, or cruises due to bad weather. Guests must cover their own hotel expenses in such cases.
  • If travel to islands like Havelock or Neil is cancelled, guests must pay for extra nights depending on availability.
  • No additional tours beyond the itinerary will be provided.
  • Children above 2 years will be charged full rate. Fees for children under 2, if any, must be paid directly.
  • Optional tours will incur extra charges.
  • Vehicles are not for personal use and will only operate as per the tour schedule. Extra use incurs charges.
  • Contact in advance if full-day vehicle use is required. Additional charges apply.
  • Vehicles are not provided during dinner time unless pre-arranged. Charges will apply.
  • Baggage must fit into the provided vehicle. Guests bear cost for extra vehicle needed for luggage.
  • Travel to islands will be by private cruise (V.Makruzz/M.V.Green Ocean). We are not responsible for cancellations or delays.
  • Package includes Economy or Premium class seats. Notify us in advance for Luxury or Royal Class; rebooking charges apply.
  • Ferry cancellations will be refunded per company policy. No additional compensation will be provided.

Essential Information

  • Airtel, BSNL, and Vodafone networks are available. BSNL is preferred for better coverage.
  • Please follow all timings and instructions provided.
  • Hotel check-in time ranges from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Early check-in requires booking for the previous night.
  • Room availability is subject to change. A similar hotel will be provided if the listed one is unavailable.
  • Same-day or early check-in must be arranged in advance by booking an extra day.
  • Hotel check-out time is between 07:00 AM and 08:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested directly with the hotel.
